Elsa Rivera is a bilingual (Spanish/English) paralegal with over 20 years of experience in complex civil litigation and labor and employment matters. She has extensive experience supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation. 

Throughout her career, Elsa has managed complex state and federal matters in fast-paced litigation environments and high-volume caseloads. 

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Elsa works closely with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to help ensure cases move efficiently from inception through resolution. 

Elsa holds a Law Degree from Universidad Mexicana in Mexico City, as well as a Legal Secretary Certificate from Los Angeles City College.
